Step into a creative experience where art meets energy.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive your personal aura portrait—capturing the unique colors and patterns within your energetic field. From there, we’ll gather in a circle to ground, connect, and begin the journey inward.
You’ll be guided through a series of intuitive, abstract painting techniques designed to help you loosen up, explore, and create freely—no prior painting experience needed. A full spectrum of pre-mixed colors, along with a variety of medium and surfaces, will be available for you to experiment with and make your piece truly your own.

Set Intentions & connect with your energy
As you paint, we’ll explore the energetic meanings behind different colors and how they may be showing up in your aura. You’re invited to work with the colors you see—or to follow your intuition and reach for something entirely different. Sometimes, creating with opposite or unfamiliar colors can be a powerful way to call in balance, expansion, and new energy.
This is a space to express, reflect, and connect—both with yourself and others.
You’ll leave with your aura portrait and a finished abstract painting: a personal, visual reflection of your energy in this moment.
**Studio Setup & Accessibility Note**
Participants should feel comfortable working at floor level and moving their body throughout the creative process. If you have questions about accessibility or need additional support, you’re always welcome to reach out before booking.
Due to limited table space in the studio, most participants will be working on the floor during this workshop. Floor cushions will be provided, and the painting process involves moving on and off the ground.
